Roger's wife, Beatrice, is a licensed Real Estate Agent and his Assistant since 1986. Beatrice is formerly from Bern, Switzerland and is fluent in Swiss German, German and French. Beatrice handles International transferees relocating here from Europe. She is instrumental in explaining the vast differences in the way Real Estate is transacted in California versus the transferees' native countries, so they feel comfortable with their housing purchase. Beatrice also helps integrate them into the community by acting as a reference for the daily needs of the family, such as shopping, doctors, schools, etc. Beatrice is always available to the family to answer questions in their native language so they can fully understand the information provided.
