Roger Stumbo has been a resident of Walnut Creek, CA since 1961 and has seen a small
town transform into a major financial San Francisco East Bay City. Hence, Roger is
intimate with all of the housing developments in Contra Costa County, having watched
thousands of acres of orchards give way to thousands of homes.

For the past thirty-plus
years, Roger has worked closely with numerous families relocating into and out of
Contra Costa County. Roger has worked with many third party relocation companies,
such as ReloAction, Relocation Resources, PHH Home Equity, and Corporate Homes of America,
to name a few. Roger is very familiar with the reporting requirements of relocation
companies and sensitive to the needs of transferees and their families. Roger has
developed a close working relationship with dependable trades people needed to maintain
and refurbish properties during the relocation period after the properties have been
vacated. Roger has an excellent track record of obtaining the highest possible
price in the shortest time period by furnishing an interior designer to properly stage
each property. |
Roger's wife, Beatrice, is
a licensed Real Estate Agent and his Assistant since 1986. Beatrice is formerly
from Bern, Switzerland and is fluent in Swiss German, German and French. Beatrice
handles International transferees relocating here from Europe. She is instrumental in
explaining the vast differences in the way Real Estate is transacted in California versus
the transferees' native countries, so they feel comfortable with their housing purchase. Beatrice
also helps integrate them into the community by acting as a reference for the daily needs
of the family, such as shopping, doctors, schools, etc. Beatrice is always
available to the family to answer questions in their native language so they can fully
understand the information provided. |
Roger and Beatrice service the San Francisco East
Bay Cities of: Walnut Creek, Lafayette,
Moraga, Orinda, Blackhawk, Diablo, Danville, San Ramon, Alamo, Concord, Clayton, Pleasant Hill,
and Martinez. |
